Greenway Park Apartments is a 91-unit senior development in Kansas City, variously described as consisting of three buildings or one really long building. It has three stories, an elevator, office, meeting room, fitness center, laundry facility and maintenance area.

The subject property is situated in Sedgwick County and is consistent with current use. The site is generally flat with little to no gradient.

The Subject sites’ exterior, interior, and common areas are in average to above average condition and the floor plans are generally functional. Overall, the Subject improvements appear in good condition. It has 54,600 square feet of net rentable area and 75,557 square feet of gross building area. All the units are 1BR/BA with 600 square feet. It was built in 1979.

The City of Wichita has given an Inducement Resolution for Tax Exempt Bonds and has supported the project.
